I’m a crafter hobbyist who has struggled with trichotillomania since 2006. I have tried everything to help my situation get better and found out that crafting helps a lot. Anything from card making, peeling off foils, weeding out vinyls to sewing a simple pillow case makes me focus on everything else but pulling my hair.

Everyone I know would try to persuade me to sell on Etsy or some type of marketplace.. I finally took the plunge and opened up my shop! It hasn’t been easy but I am adjusting.
